At HLSK Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact; please note that custom orders and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and production standards.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer care team at hello@hlsk.com with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your jewellery in its original box and ship it back to our Melbourne studio using a trackable courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
